Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the PACR website, the waitlist and any digital services made available later, unless separate contractual terms apply.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all persons using the online services provided by PACR. Different terms apply only if expressly agreed in writing.

2. Service Description

PACR provides product information, ways to get in touch and, where applicable, registration features for waitlists, beta phases or digital training offers. A claim to specific features or permanent availability exists only if expressly promised.

3. User Obligations

  • No unlawful, abusive or technically harmful content may be transmitted.
  • Registration data and communication channels may not be used for disruption, spam or unauthorized access.
  • For health-related features, users remain responsible for their own training load and medical clarification.

4. Health and Training Disclaimer

PACR content serves general information and training support purposes. It does not replace medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. In case of symptoms, pre-existing conditions or uncertainty, a medical professional should be consulted before starting or adjusting training.

5. Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, texts, designs and other components of the website are protected by copyright, trademark and related rights. Any use beyond intended private use requires prior consent from PACR.

6. Liability

PACR has unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence and where mandatory law applies. In cases of ordinary negligence, PACR is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

7. Changes and Availability

PACR may change functions, content and these terms where objectively justified. Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate form. Temporary restrictions in availability, for example due to maintenance or further development, remain reserved.

8. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
